    What can I expect from my initial consultation? Your first consultation is a free, in-depth review and analysis. This is a time to get your questions answered and for us to get a better understanding of your goals. How do you bill for your services? Depending on the type of service, you will be billed for time spent at a standard hourly rate. After discussion with the client, the terms for services will be provided in a letter of engagement, clarifying the payment schedule before work begins. What information will you need to prepare my individual tax return? All W-2s, 1099 INTs, 1099 DIVs, 1099B's (if stock sales have occurred), 1099 MISCs (if you are self-employed), K-1's, 1098s for mortgage interest, real estate and personal property tax bills, charitable contribution records, significant medical expenses, unreimbursed employee expenses, investment interest incurred, rental property income and expenses, and farm income and expenses (if applicable). How soon will I have a response to my questions and what are your working timelines? There will always be someone available during regular business hours to answer your questions. In a circumstance where someone is not available immediately, your calls will be returned as quickly as possible. What can I expect as far as turnaround timelines? Your monthly accounting work will be completed and returned within ten business days after your information has been provided. Tax returns and any other compliance forms will be completed by or before the promised date, which may vary depending on the complexity of the return and information required.
